For the purposes of these Terms, the company is referred to as ANEMOESA.

2. Purpose of the Online Store

ANEMOESA cosmetic products are available for retail purchase through anemoesa.com.

The information published regarding cosmetic products, cosmetic ingredients, raw materials, and skin or hair care is provided solely for general informational purposes.

This information does not constitute a guideline or recommendation for the manufacture of cosmetic products and does not replace the required scientific knowledge, safety assessment, laboratory testing, technical documentation, or compliance with applicable legislation.

Raw materials are not sold through the online store. Any commercial inquiries regarding raw materials are handled separately via email and do not constitute an order placed through the e-shop.

3. Acceptance of the Terms

Placing an order requires acceptance of these Terms and that the customer be informed of the Privacy Policy and the Return Policy.

The customer must read these terms before completing the order.

ANEMOESA may amend these Terms when necessary due to changes in legislation, the site’s operations, or business procedures.

The version of the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time an order is completed applies to that order.

4. Products and Information

ANEMOESA makes every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, quantities, prices, and features are accurate.

There may be slight variations in color reproduction depending on the user's screen or device.

Product information is not a substitute for a medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a healthcare professional.

In the event of an illness, allergy, pregnancy, medication, or serious skin condition, the consumer should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

5. Prices

Prices are listed in euros and include the applicable VAT, unless otherwise specified.

The final price, shipping costs, and any other applicable charges are displayed before the order is placed.

ANEMOESA reserves the right to change prices for future orders. A price change after an order has been placed does not affect the contract that has already been entered into.

In the event of an obvious technical or typographical error in a price, ANEMOESA contacts the customer before fulfilling the order.

6. Availability

The fact that a product appears in the online store does not absolutely guarantee its availability at the time the order is processed.

If a product is unavailable, ANEMOESA notifies the customer as soon as possible and, depending on the situation, suggests:

  • wait until availability is restored
  • shipment of available products
  • replacement with another product upon agreement
  • cancellation of the unavailable product and a refund of the corresponding amount.

No replacement is made without the customer's prior consent.

7. Ordering Process

The customer selects the products, adds them to the shopping cart, fills in the required information, and chooses a delivery and payment method.

Before final submission, you can review and correct the order details.

After submission, an automated email confirming receipt of the order is sent.

ANEMOESA may contact the customer when clarification is needed, information needs to be confirmed, or an availability or payment issue needs to be resolved.

8. Shop as a guest or with an account

The customer can make a purchase:

  • as a guest, without creating an account, or
  • through a personal account.

The account user is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their information and for protecting their passwords.

Creating an account is not a requirement for making a purchase.

9. Payment Methods

The available payment methods are:

  • bank deposit.

Cash on delivery is not supported and is not an available payment method.

The availability of each option may vary depending on the country, device, provider, and eligibility criteria for the respective service.

ANEMOESA does not store full credit card details. Credit card payments are processed through the respective secure payment providers.

Bank deposit

The order is forwarded for processing once the deposit has been verified.

The customer must include the order number and their full name in the payment description.

Any fees or charges imposed by the customer’s bank are the customer’s responsibility.

10. Secure Transactions

The connection to the website is secured by an active SSL certificate.

Electronic payments are processed through the secure infrastructure of the respective providers.

ANEMOESA does not collect or store the full card number, the CVV security code, or the customer’s login credentials for payment services.

Customers should protect their personal passwords and avoid making payments from untrusted devices or networks.

11. Shipments

Shipments within Greece are handled by Speedex Courier and are free of charge for every retail order, regardless of value.

A flat shipping fee of 20 euros applies to Cyprus.

For Germany, a flat shipping fee of 30 euros applies, and the minimum order amount is 80 euros.

The applicable charges are displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

12. Pickup at the physical store

Pickup at the physical store can be arranged by prior arrangement and after the customer has been notified that the order is ready.

The customer should not come to pick up the item before receiving confirmation.

13. Delivery Times

Orders are usually processed within one business day.

Provided the products are in stock, the shipment is handed over to Speedex on the same or the next business day, depending on the time of submission and the workload.

The typical delivery time within Greece is one to three business days from the time the package is handed over to the courier.

For Cyprus and Germany, the estimated delivery time is three to ten business days, depending on the shipping method and the destination.

These times are approximate and may be affected by periods of increased traffic, hard-to-reach areas, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

14. Change of Address

The customer must verify the address before submitting the order.

A request for a change can be submitted directly to ANEMOESA. As long as the order has not been shipped, the change can be made.

Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier, changes cannot be guaranteed and are subject to the courier company’s capabilities and approval.

15. Order Not Received

If an order is returned because it was not picked up, because delivery could not be completed after the prescribed attempts, or because the information provided was incomplete or incorrect, the customer will be notified accordingly.

The order can be reshipped at the customer's request upon prepayment of 4.50 euros, which covers the cost of reshipping within Greece.

For new shipments to Cyprus or Germany, the applicable international shipping rate applies, which is communicated and paid in advance prior to reshipment.

No redelivery fee applies when the failure to deliver is demonstrably due to an error on the part of ANEMOESA or the shipping company.

16. Loss or Damage During Shipping

If, following an investigation with the shipping company, it is confirmed that the shipment was lost, the customer may choose:

  • new shipment at no extra charge or
  • a refund of the amount he paid.

In the event of a damaged package or product, the customer must contact us as soon as possible and provide the order number and photos of the package, the packaging, and the product.

Following the evaluation, a replacement or refund will be provided, depending on the nature of the incident and the consumer's legal rights.

17. Cancellations and Refunds

The conditions for cancellation and returns are described in detail in the Returns and Cancellation Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

The content of this site, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, descriptions, videos, and distinctive features, is protected by applicable intellectual property and industrial property laws.

21. Governing Law and Competent Courts

These Terms are governed by Greek law and applicable European Union law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the country of your habitual residence.

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall initially make every reasonable effort to resolve it amicably.

If an amicable resolution is not possible, the courts designated by the applicable law shall have jurisdiction.

For disputes in which an agreement to waive local jurisdiction is legally permitted, the courts of Thessaloniki shall have jurisdiction.
