1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small files or similar technologies that are stored on the user's device or access information on the device when the user visits a website.
They are used for functions such as:
- maintaining the basket
- logging in to an account
- the secure completion of an order
- saving preferences
- traffic tracking, provided consent has been obtained
- the use of optional marketing or social media tools, provided that consent has been given.
2. Essential cookies
Strictly necessary cookies are used for functions such as:
- maintaining the basket
- checkout
- the secure connection
- the operation of the customer account
- the protection of transactions
- saving your cookie preferences.
Prior consent is not required for the use of cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of the site or for a service requested by the user.
3. Optional cookies
Cookies used for statistics, analytics, marketing, ad tracking, social media, personalization, or other non-essential services are enabled only after the user has actively opted in.
This means that the user must first:
- select "Accept All" or
- enable a specific optional category in Settings.
Simply continuing to browse does not constitute consent.
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel are not used during initial operation.
If they are added in the future, they will be enabled only in accordance with the user's preferences, and the Policy will be updated accordingly.
4. Categories and Providers
This website uses technologies that are necessary for:
- the operation of the online store
- maintaining the basket and the connection
- payment processing
- the submission of forms
- the protection and security of the site
- the display of ratings
- saving the visitor's preferences.
The detailed cookie table will list the following for each cookie or similar technology:
- the name
- the provider
- the purpose
- the category
- the duration
- whether it is Part I or Part III
- if consent is required.
The final table will be completed after the consent platform is set up and the technical audit of the site is completed.
5. User Options
The consent banner provides the following options:
- Acceptance of All
- Rejection of Non-Essential Items
- Settings.
The "Reject Unnecessary" option should be just as easy and obvious as "Accept All.".
Users can change or revoke their selection at any time by clicking the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of the use of cookies that occurred prior to that withdrawal.
6. Browser Settings
Users can also delete or restrict cookies through their browser settings.
Blocking essential cookies may affect the functionality of your shopping cart, your ability to log in to your account, or your ability to complete your purchase.
7. Cookies Table
At this point, the final table—which will be generated after scanning and technical verification—should be added.
The table must include:
- cookie name
- provider
- purpose
- category
- duration
- Part One or Part Three
- requirement or lack of consent.
The technical scan has yet to be completed, and the final list has yet to be confirmed.
8. Amendments
The Cookie Policy may be updated when features, providers, cookies, or applicable laws change.
The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
