252040.<\/p>\n<p>Cancellation is possible as long as the order has not already been handed over to the shipping company.<\/p>\n<p>If it has already been shipped, the return procedure applies.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"an-legal-h2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_%CE%94%CE%B9%CE%BA%CE%B1%CE%AF%CF%89%CE%BC%CE%B1_%CF%85%CF%80%CE%B1%CE%BD%CE%B1%CF%87%CF%8E%CF%81%CE%B7%CF%83%CE%B7%CF%82\"><\/span><span class=\"an-legal-num\">2.<\/span> Right of Withdrawal<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The consumer has the right to cancel a distance purchase without giving a reason within fourteen calendar days from the day on which the consumer received the product.<\/p>\n<p>When multiple products are received in separate shipments, the deadline begins on the date the last product is received.<\/p>\n<p>To exercise this right, the customer must send a clear statement to info@anemoesa.com before the deadline expires.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"an-legal-h2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_%CE%95%CE%BE%CE%B1%CE%AF%CF%81%CE%B5%CF%83%CE%B7_%CE%B3%CE%B9%CE%B1_%CE%B1%CF%80%CE%BF%CF%83%CF%86%CF%81%CE%B1%CE%B3%CE%B9%CF%83%CE%BC%CE%AD%CE%BD%CE%B1_%CE%BA%CE%B1%CE%BB%CE%BB%CF%85%CE%BD%CF%84%CE%B9%CE%BA%CE%AC\"><\/span><span class=\"an-legal-num\">3.<\/span> Exception for opened cosmetics<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>ANEMOESA cosmetics are delivered with a special security seal.<\/p>\n<p>For health and hygiene reasons, the right to cancel without cause does not apply when:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"an-legal-list\">\n<li>the security tape or seal has been removed<\/li>\n<li>the seal has been cut, torn, or tampered with<\/li>\n<li>The product has been opened or used.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once the seal has been broken, it cannot be determined with certainty whether the cosmetic product has been used, contaminated, exposed to air, or stored under appropriate conditions.<\/p>\n<p>For a return to be accepted due to a simple change of mind, the product must remain unopened, unused, and with the security seal completely intact.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"an-legal-h2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_%CE%9A%CE%B1%CF%84%CE%AC%CF%83%CF%84%CE%B1%CF%83%CE%B7_%CE%B5%CF%80%CE%B9%CF%83%CF%84%CF%81%CE%B5%CF%86%CF%8C%CE%BC%CE%B5%CE%BD%CE%BF%CF%85_%CF%80%CF%81%CE%BF%CF%8A%CF%8C%CE%BD%CF%84%CE%BF%CF%82\"><\/span><span class=\"an-legal-num\">4.<\/span> Returned Product Status<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The product must be returned:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"an-legal-list\">\n<li>with the security seal intact<\/li>\n<li>unused<\/li>\n<li>without damage or deterioration<\/li>\n<li>in its original packaging<\/li>\n<li>along with the accompanying information<\/li>\n<li>properly packaged for transport.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ANEMOESA may refuse a return that falls under the legal exception for unsealed hygiene products.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"an-legal-h2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_%CE%91%CF%80%CE%BF%CF%83%CF%84%CE%BF%CE%BB%CE%AE_%CE%B5%CF%80%CE%B9%CF%83%CF%84%CF%81%CE%BF%CF%86%CE%AE%CF%82_%CE%BA%CE%B1%CE%B9_%CE%AD%CE%BE%CE%BF%CE%B4%CE%B1\"><\/span><span class=\"an-legal-num\">5.<\/span> Return Shipping and Fees<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>After submitting the notice of withdrawal, the product must be shipped without undue delay and no later than fourteen calendar days.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of a cancellation due to a simple change of mind, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of the return, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n<p>For returns from Greece, Cyprus, or Germany, the customer selects and is responsible for the appropriate return method from the country where the order was received.<\/p>\n<p>Before shipping, it is recommended that you contact ANEMOESA for the relevant instructions.<\/p>\n<p>The customer should preferably use a shipping method that allows for tracking and should pack the product properly.<\/p>\n<p>When the return involves a defective, incorrect, or damaged product, or another proven error on the part of ANEMOESA, ANEMOESA will cover the reasonable return shipping costs, and the process will be arranged following prior communication.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"an-legal-h2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6_%CE%95%CF%80%CE%B9%CF%83%CF%84%CF%81%CE%BF%CF%86%CE%AE_%CF%87%CF%81%CE%B7%CE%BC%CE%AC%CF%84%CF%89%CE%BD\"><\/span><span class=\"an-legal-num\">6.<\/span> Refund<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Following a valid return, the amount paid for the returned products will be refunded.<\/p>\n<p>For orders within Greece, where initial shipping is free, there is no initial charge for return shipping.<\/p>\n<p>For orders shipped to Cyprus or Germany, the cost of the least expensive standard shipping method offered for that specific destination is also refunded, in accordance with applicable law.<\/p>\n<p>Any additional costs incurred because the customer chose a more expensive or faster delivery method will not be refunded, beyond the cost of the standard method.<\/p>\n<p>Refunds are issued via the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed, and at no additional cost to the customer.<\/p>\n<p>ANEMOESA may suspend refunds until:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"an-legal-list\">\n<li>to pick up the product or<\/li>\n<li>to receive reliable proof that the product was shipped<\/li>\n<li>depending on which of the two happens first.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"an-legal-h2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"7_%CE%95%CE%BB%CE%B1%CF%84%CF%84%CF%89%CE%BC%CE%B1%CF%84%CE%B9%CE%BA%CF%8C_%CE%BB%CE%B1%CE%BD%CE%B8%CE%B1%CF%83%CE%BC%CE%AD%CE%BD%CE%BF_%CE%AE_%CE%BC%CE%B7_%CF%83%CF%8D%CE%BC%CF%86%CF%89%CE%BD%CE%BF_%CF%80%CF%81%CE%BF%CF%8A%CF%8C%CE%BD\"><\/span><span class=\"an-legal-num\">7.<\/span> Defective, incorrect, or non-compliant product<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The exception for unsealed cosmetics does not limit the customer\u2019s legal rights when the product:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"an-legal-list\">\n<li>It is defective<\/li>\n<li>has been tampered with prior to delivery<\/li>\n<li>was damaged during the initial transport<\/li>\n<li>It is different from what was ordered<\/li>\n<li>does not match the description or the agreed-upon specifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The customer must contact ANEMOESA and submit:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"an-legal-list\">\n<li>the order number<\/li>\n<li>Description of the problem<\/li>\n<li>photos of the product and the packaging<\/li>\n<li>the lot number, if visible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For returns within Greece, ANEMOESA can:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"an-legal-list\">\n<li>ask Speedex to pick up the product from the customer, or<\/li>\n<li>ask the customer to drop it off at a Speedex store.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The shipment is paid for by ANEMOESA.<\/p>\n<p>For Cyprus or Germany, the return process must be agreed upon in advance with ANEMOESA so that the appropriate method of transport can be determined at no cost to the customer once it is confirmed that the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged product.<\/p>\n<p>Following the inspection, appropriate legal remedies are provided, such as a replacement or a refund.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"an-legal-h2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"8_%CE%91%CE%BD%CE%B5%CF%80%CE%B9%CE%B8%CF%8D%CE%BC%CE%B7%CF%84%CE%B7_%CE%B1%CE%BD%CF%84%CE%AF%CE%B4%CF%81%CE%B1%CF%83%CE%B7_%CE%AE_%CE%B1%CE%BB%CE%BB%CE%B5%CF%81%CE%B3%CE%AF%CE%B1\"><\/span><span class=\"an-legal-num\">8.<\/span> Adverse reaction or allergy<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>An individual adverse or allergic reaction does not automatically mean that the product is defective.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of an adverse reaction, the user should discontinue use and contact ANEMOESA, providing the following information:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"an-legal-list\">\n<li>the product<\/li>\n<li>the lot number<\/li>\n<li>how to use it<\/li>\n<li>the time at which the reaction occurs<\/li>\n<li>other products used at the same time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the event of a severe or persistent reaction, seek immediate advice from a qualified healthcare professional.<\/p>\n<p>The report is evaluated in accordance with cosmetics
