Failure to Pick Up<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/nav><\/div>\n\n<p>All retail orders are shipped free of charge throughout Greece, regardless of order value.<\/p>\n<p>Shipments are made via Speedex Courier.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"an-legal-h2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_%CE%91%CF%80%CE%BF%CF%83%CF%84%CE%BF%CE%BB%CE%AD%CF%82_%CF%83%CF%84%CE%B7%CE%BD_%CE%9A%CF%8D%CF%80%CF%81%CE%BF\"><\/span><span class=\"an-legal-num\">2.<\/span> Shipments to Cyprus<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>For shipments to Cyprus, a flat fee of 20 euros per order applies.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"an-legal-h2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_%CE%91%CF%80%CE%BF%CF%83%CF%84%CE%BF%CE%BB%CE%AD%CF%82_%CF%83%CF%84%CE%B7_%CE%93%CE%B5%CF%81%CE%BC%CE%B1%CE%BD%CE%AF%CE%B1\"><\/span><span class=\"an-legal-num\">3.<\/span> Shipments to Germany<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>For shipments to Germany:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"an-legal-list\">\n<li>A flat shipping fee of 30 euros applies<\/li>\n<li>A minimum order value of 80 euros is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"an-legal-h2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_%CE%A0%CF%81%CE%BF%CE%B5%CF%84%CE%BF%CE%B9%CE%BC%CE%B1%CF%83%CE%AF%CE%B1_%CF%80%CE%B1%CF%81%CE%B1%CE%B3%CE%B3%CE%B5%CE%BB%CE%AF%CE%B1%CF%82\"><\/span><span class=\"an-legal-num\">4.<\/span> Order Preparation<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Orders are usually processed within one business day.<\/p>\n<p>Provided that all products are in stock, they are handed over to the courier company on the same or the next business day, depending on the time of order placement and the workload.<\/p>\n<p>Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin to be processed on the next business day.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"an-legal-h2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_%CE%95%CE%BA%CF%84%CE%B9%CE%BC%CF%8E%CE%BC%CE%B5%CE%BD%CE%BF%CE%B9_%CF%87%CF%81%CF%8C%CE%BD%CE%BF%CE%B9_%CF%80%CE%B1%CF%81%CE%AC%CE%B4%CE%BF%CF%83%CE%B7%CF%82\"><\/span><span class=\"an-legal-num\">5.<\/span> Estimated Delivery Times<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Greece: one to three business days after delivery to the courier.<\/p>\n<p>Cyprus and Germany: three to ten business days, depending on the country, region, and shipping service.<\/p>\n<p>The times are approximate and not guaranteed.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"an-legal-h2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6_%CE%9A%CE%B1%CE%B8%CF%85%CF%83%CF%84%CE%B5%CF%81%CE%AE%CF%83%CE%B5%CE%B9%CF%82\"><\/span><span class=\"an-legal-num\">6.<\/span> Delays<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>In the event of a delay, ANEMOESA works with the shipping company to track the shipment\u2019s progress and notifies the customer as soon as information becomes available.<\/p>\n<p>Delays may occur due to increased workload, remote locations, weather conditions, strikes, disruptions in transportation services, or other unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"an-legal-h2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"7_%CE%A0%CE%B1%CF%81%CE%B1%CE%BB%CE%B1%CE%B2%CE%AE_%CE%B1%CF%80%CF%8C_%CF%86%CF%85%CF%83%CE%B9%CE%BA%CF%8C_%CE%BA%CE%B1%CF%84%CE%AC%CF%83%CF%84%CE%B7%CE%BC%CE%B1\"><\/span><span class=\"an-legal-num\">7.<\/span> Pickup from a physical store<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Pickup is available at our physical store at 64 Trapezountos Street, Kalamaria, Thessaloniki, by prior arrangement.<\/p>\n<p>The order is picked up only after the customer has been notified that it is ready.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"an-legal-h2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"8_%CE%91%CE%BB%CE%BB%CE%B1%CE%B3%CE%AE_%CE%B4%CE%B9%CE%B5%CF%8D%CE%B8%CF%85%CE%BD%CF%83%CE%B7%CF%82\"><\/span><span class=\"an-legal-num\">8.<\/span> Change of Address<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>A change of address may be requested before shipment.<\/p>\n<p>After the package is handed over to the courier, the request may be forwarded to the shipping company, but there is no guarantee that the change will be made;
